Return & Refund Policy
At Home Nordics, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something does not feel right, we are here to make the return simple. Please read our policy below.
Our return window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Item condition
To be accepted, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, use, alterations, or damage beyond normal handling may be refused at our discretion.
Return shipping fee
A prepaid return label is included in your package. When you use it, a flat return shipping fee is deducted from your refund: $9.99 for orders shipped to the United States, £7.99 for the United Kingdom and 9,99 € for France. There is no restocking fee, and returns of defective, damaged or incorrect items are always free.
How to return your order
Starting a return is simple. Send an email to hello@homenordics.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through every step and give you the return address.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@homenordics.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want. That way, you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Refund processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund is processed within 10 days to the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days before the amount appears in your account.
Late returns
If you return an item after the 30-day window has expired, we may not be able to process your return. However, we review returns made after 30 days on a case-by-case basis.
