SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original packaging. A prepaid return label is included in the package, and a flat return shipping fee ($9.99 US, £7.99 UK, 9,99 € France) is deducted from your refund; there is no restocking fee. To start a return, send an email to hello@homenordics.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. For a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund is processed within 10 days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear.
