Free delivery in every country we serve
We cover all delivery costs to the United States, the United Kingdom and France. There are no extra fees waiting at checkout. Every order is carefully prepared before it leaves us.

Processing: every order is carefully prepared before it dispatches. Transit: once dispatched, your order travels to you with full tracking.
Daily order cutoff
Our daily order cutoff applies Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next working day.
Tracking and updates
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you. We always aim to deliver on time, but occasionally a delay can occur, especially during peak season or due to weather or logistics conditions. If anything affects your delivery, we will keep you updated.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@homenordics.com. We will investigate the matter with our delivery partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
