Your order typically arrives within 5–8 working days. As soon as your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and France.
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
Start by checking the tracking number in your confirmation email. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@homenordics.com and we will investigate the matter with our delivery partner.
What is Home Nordics?
Home Nordics is an online store offering a curated selection of home decor, lamps, and gadgets chosen for atmosphere and practical use around the home.
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. A prepaid return label is included in the package, and a flat return delivery fee ($9.99 US, £7.99 UK, 9,99 € France) is deducted from your refund; there is no restocking fee. To start a return, send an email to hello@homenordics.com with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund is processed within 10 days to the original payment method.
Are my personal and payment details safe?
Absolutely. Protecting your privacy and your payment details is a top priority. Home Nordics never stores your sensitive information, and our checkout is fully secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
